Initially, RAFAL was investing 100% in its first project, from the second project onwards; RAFAL founded partnerships with strategic partners, such as funds and land owners. Usually, RAFAL’s strategy is to create an SPV with its partner(s) with an agreed percentage of equity, in order to acquire the land, develop it and sell it.
